We want every student to feel confident when enrolling with Kalima Arabi. Here is a summary of our refund and cancellation terms:
Before the course begins:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the first session → Full refund (100%)
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the first session → 50% refund
- No-show without prior notice → No refund
After the course has started:
- You may cancel remaining unused sessions at any time.
- Refund applies to unused sessions only, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
- Sessions can be rescheduled for free with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours) count as a used session.
To request a refund, email us at info@kalimaarabi.com with your name, course, and payment receipt. We respond within 3–5 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
